Strokes, Parkinsons and head injury Pilates

We are running our very successful Pilates for strokes, Parkinson’s and head injuries on Thursdays at 12.00pm again this term.

The cost is £20 per person per session (£160 for an 8 week block) and is led by a Senior Physiotherapist.
